This image won Best Of Show for Feb-Mar 2017 at the Valley Art Gallery, Santa Maria California.
This is a huge plant that can be found all over the desert. I am not sure if it really is a cactus. This scene is located just East of Wickenburg, Arizona. This area is more famous for the giant saguaro cactus.
We sexed it up a bit and made it look like it would if you were seeing it through the eyes of Vincent Van Gogh.
